Appearance: Momoshiro is kind of short, comming in at 5'6" (170 cm), but he's still growing. His hair is longish and spiked up always. Sometimes he dyes the tips random neon colors. He typically wandered around in a wife beater, baggy jeans, and a letterman jacket, but now he's stuck in St. Jude's uniform - how boring! He never has his shoes tied in bows, they're usually knotted so they don't fall off. He's a bit scruffy and on the lean side, potentially undernourished. He has "MOMO" tatooed on his fingers on both hands in Gothic lettering. He also has a tatoo of a straight bamboo stalk on both his inner arms to represent the name Takeshi, which means brave and unbendable like bamboo. People tease him for it, but it's in honor of his mother who gave him his name.
History: Momoshiro started out with a good life. His parents lived in the subburbs and he and his younger siblings lived the quintesential Mid-Western life. That all changed when Momoshiro was twelve. While he was away at camp, his father snapped and killed his mother, brother, and sister before committing suicide. Momoshiro was shuffled from family member to family member until he ended up with CPS. They dumped him into a foster home around Speedway. The foster home challenged him to fend for himself. The people were only interested in the money gained by harboring him instead of his own well being. Momo found family in a local gang and soon spent more time with them than with his own foster family.

On the eve of the Indy 500, everything went wrong. What started out as a drug transaction soon crossed paths with some people who were going to plant a bomb on the grounds of the Motor Speedway. Momo's gang got caught up in the arrests. It soon came out that his gang were responsible for several area robberies where masked fellons pulled guns on local clerks and banks. He was booked for posession with intent to distrubte, and a host of other charges relating to crimes of his "family." He was almost put into the system but given his age in relation to those around him, his attorney smooth talked the jury into putting Momoshiro into the St. Jude program, thinking he will reform his ways under their care.
Anything else: Momoshiro is troubled. He knows that no one wants him and does not take pity or handouts well. He sees himself as a fiercely strong and brave person. Part of him resents getting caught and punished for what life forced him into, but another part is happy to be fed reguarly. He won't cry because there's nothing to cry over. He's already spent his tears for his family that are five years dead. He views himself as unwanted, but will not be depressed about it. He believes that if he was truely unwanted, he would have died with his family. He lived for a reason. He at first thought it was for crime, but now he has no idea.
